a. Data Collection & Use

By registering as a driver on the Speed Mania platform, you agree to share personal and professional details, including but not limited to:

  • Full name, nationality, and team affiliation
  • Car details and racing categories
  • Career highlights, race results, and statistics
  • Social media links and images (with appropriate consent)

This information will be used solely for the purpose of creating and maintaining your public racing profile and promoting your professional motorsport career.

b. Profile Updates

All registered drivers agree to review and update their profiles at least once every calendar month to ensure
information accuracy. Failure to update may result in temporary suspension or visibility limitations on the
platform.

c. Data Rights

Drivers retain full ownership of their submitted data. However, by providing information to Speed Mania, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, and promote your profile for media and fan engagement purposes.

3. Fan Access and Use of Information

Fans and general users may view publicly available driver profiles and related statistics for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or data scraping of driver information is strictly prohibited without written consent from Speed Mania or the driver concerned.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website, including text, graphics, images, videos, and logos, is the property of Speed Mania or its content partners and is protected under Sri Lankan Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 and international copyright laws.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

5. Accuracy and Liability

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, Speedmania does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all driver data or race results. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the website or reliance on its content.

All user and driver data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and comply with the Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022 and international data protection standards (GDPR).
